Ryan Center tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a great spot to catch a game or a concert in Kingston? The Ryan Center is pretty much the heartbeat of URI's athletic scene and live entertainment. It’s a solid venue that seats around 8,200 fans, so yeah, it gets loud and lively during basketball games, think buzzer-beaters and roaring crowds. But it’s not just sports; they pack the schedule with concerts, comedy shows, and seasonal events that bring families and students together. If you’re lucky enough to snag a seat on the lower level, you’re close enough to high-five the players or get a front-row view of the stage, trust me, it’s a different experience. Accessibility? They’ve got that covered with designated seating options, so no one feels left out. Planning to drive? Check the website beforehand because parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, especially during big events. And if you’re coming from away or just love a scenic drive, the route along Route 138 offers some pretty sweet views as you head to the venue. Whether it’s catching a concert from John Mulaney in the front row or grabbing a budget seat for Ross Lynch, the Ryan Center has something for everyone. Honestly, it’s a pretty cool place where memories are made, and I’d say it’s worth checking out whether you’re into basketball or live shows.
